Liz Germano brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, real estate, client relationships, and residential design to her work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Rhode Island and the surrounding coastal markets.

A licensed real estate professional since 2019, Liz has been involved in more than $50 million in real estate transactions, with much of her business built through referrals and long-standing client relationships. Her approach is personal, thoughtful, and relationship-driven. She understands that buying or selling a home is about far more than the transaction itself, and she prides herself on being a trusted resource for her clients from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Liz’s experience extends well beyond traditional residential sales. She has worked in luxury vacation rental management in Newport, where she managed homeowner relationships and was involved in the operation, improvement, and positioning of a portfolio of more than 150 coastal properties. Her work has included owner property improvements, renovations, capital projects, and helping homeowners maximize both the experience and value of their properties.

Prior to real estate, Liz spent years in sales and sales leadership. She also founded and operated Site Styling, an interior styling and home staging business, giving her a strong eye for design, presentation, and the potential of a property.

A Bristol resident, Liz lives with her husband Josh and daughter Isabella and has a deep appreciation for Rhode Island’s coastal communities and the character that makes each one unique. She loves calling the East Bay home and brings that local perspective, along with extensive sales experience, market knowledge, design expertise, and a genuine love of homes, to help her clients make confident real estate decisions.
